I noticed over a week or two that I was becoming very itchy on some areas of my body. Vaginal itchiness was so bad that I stopped taking the supplement to see if that was the cause. I have been off it for a few days and the itching is improving somewhat. Could this be a "normal" effect from the maca or could it be a possible allergy? I am allergic to latex (blood test positive) and was wondering if maca could be a similar substance causing a similar allergic reaction or if they could have somehow come in contact during production.
